Before moving on to further decrease rounds, now is the time to insert the safety eyes.
Using two 10mm safety eyes, insert them between Rnds 10 and 11approximately 7 stitches apart. Once you’re happy with the positioning, remove one at a time and complete a single stitch with black yarn between where the two eyes will be inserted. Put the eyes back and in and fasten at the back.
Start to stuff the bauble and continue to stuff during the following rounds.
Rnd 15: *sc in next stitch, invdec* Repeat 6 times (12)
Switch to black yarn
Rnd 16: sc BLO in each stitch around (12)
Rnd 17: sc in each stitch around (12)
Rnd 18: sc2tog BLO around (6)

To get the flat top to the bauble, take the tail end black yarn and stitch across to close the opening of the last round and fasten. Then, pull the tail end yarn down directly through the centre of the bauble and pull to flatten the top.

To finish, thread through a loop of yarn or ribbon to be able to hang.
