Chubby Cubby Bear

CROCHET AMIGURUMI PATTERN

Inspired by #FatBearWeek in Alaska, here’s our pattern for a chubby cubby all of your own – complete with home ‘knits’ for the Fall season. He’s a little bit hipster, a little bit cool, and definitely adorable.

The pattern is made using Drops Safran yarn. This is a sports weight cotton yarn and gives a really nice texture to the bear. You can obviously switch up the yarn weight, as long as you choose an appropriately sized hook.

The pattern takes you through, step-by-step, how to make the chubby bear itself. It then also includes the instructions for how to make the outfit. Since the outfit is removable, you can change it up for the seasons.
